Look into the BUNN LPG when you're able to spend a few $$$. It's easily adjustable and has a very precise timing mechanism that allows for consistent dosing. I never keep beans in the hopper though as I grind 3 bean types daily and simply weigh/grind what is needed per batch. Would be a great grinder for anything from press down to a fine drip. Might possibly grind fine/consistent enough for espresso, but doesn't allow for super fine tuning like a proper espresso grinder.
