Very cool. Nice little unit. How many minutes for a roast, what is the capacity and what level did you take it to. Looked like a City on the flick?

16 minutes for that roast plus a few minutes' cooling. We went to Full City+ with that one.

Because I'm too anal-retentive for my own good, I re-edited the video to fix the bad audio and uploaded it again.

The compressed-time section is a little bit longer, so you can see the beans changing color a little more easily, too.
