Due to the large number of people I am just taking my commercial Bunn drip unit.

Most Kenya coffee is bright and wonderful. This is more like a Sumatra

I ran my Bunn coffee maker flat out for the two days. I went through about 3 pounds of coffee. I brought 5 kinds of beans, ever did a few roasts there. That was a big hit. Most people had no idea how coffee was roasted.

It was a blast but now I need a weekend to recover from the weekend.

Sounds like you had a blast and got to educate some folks in the mean time. I'm glad you had fun.

I just tried an interesting roasting profile tracking program called Artizan.

Website: artisan - Project Hosting on Google Code

I wrote up details on the software and my experience on my blog at Artisan – Visual Scope For Coffee Roasters | Coffee Troupe

Here is a picture of the setup working

That came together nicely! Is it finished? It look like lab. Too cool.

The coffee office has been done for some time. That is where I do all of my roasting.
