Became the swan this morning in the French Press. I posted about the ugly roast that resulted from the Ethiopian Moka Harrar I roasted up. Well I have to say that these little ugly beans have produced a fantastic cup of coffee. This was a medium roast, which really is making this coffee pop. The cup is very smooth with earthy overtones and a crisp finish on the palate. I usually tend to the city+ profile, but I'm really enjoying this medium roast.
