2 oz. of fairly dry foam would represent quite a bit in volume. Is this weight simply a guess-timation based on cup size, in relation to espresso volume or what?
A treat I find awesome and is also the only way I will consume coffee in a cold'ish state is a caramel con panna. Made by extracting a double ristretto (maybe 1-1.5 oz. MAX) stirred into 1/2 oz. of rich caramel sauce (Monin or Ghirardelli) and topped with fresh whipped cream.
