Ever had one of those Terry's Chocolate Oranges? Well it's one of my favorite treats and we wanted to duplicate that in a drink for our menu and came up with the following:

-1 double shot of 'spro (standard in all of our drinks)

-1-1.5 oz. Ghirardelli Dark Label Chocolate Sauce (amount depends on cup size)

-a TINY amount (I'm talking a few drops) of McCormick Pure Orange Extract

*Combine the orange extract, chocolate sauce and espresso in the cup and stir well.

-then finish with textured milk of your choice. For appearance dust with a touch of cocoa powder and a sliver of orange peel.
