Starts out with 2-3 double shots of SO Brazil Ipanema to dial the grinder in (good excuse anyway) and this espresso is outstanding straight or in milk. Has strong notes of unsweetened baker's chocolate and a smooth nuttiness. Then follow that up with 3-4 oz. samples of each drip coffee brewed. One is a Breakfast Blend comprised of beans from Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil and Guatemala. Nice light/mellow blend with nutty notes. Second drip coffee is a SO Ethiopia Sidamo, which happens to be my all time favorite bean for drip as it's bold, fruity, winey and "wild" in taste. Like comparing venison to beef, has that wild game flavor due to climate and processing. Also will sample decaf when I brew it as it has a nice woody/smokey sort of flavor, but in a mild/smooth sort of way. Much easier to offer decaf Americanos because it leads to much less waste than drip brewing that almost never gets used up.

Days off I'll make myself an espresso or latte
Work days I'll use a drip of whatever I may have gridded up, and if I'm really short for time, I use my Keurig.
