Default Altitude Coffee - User Driven Online Coffee Roaster

Hi Everyone,

I have some great news. Altitude Coffee, the web's first entirely user-driven coffee roaster officially launches today! Altitude Coffee gives users the ability to decide which coffees are sourced, how those coffees are rated, and how the blends are put together. It's all done by rating the single origin beans by amount of body, brightness, sweetness, and choosing its primary and secondary taste attributes, then using these to change blends in real time. We call them Evolution Espresso, Press, and Drip.

I want to thank Austin for the invitation to post the announcement here, and I encourage everyone to check us out!

What a cool concept. I will spend some time this weekend looking at the site.

The site is just starting. The concept is interesting. I will be curious if they can get the involvement.
