Default Dallas Coffee

So far the three places that I buy coffee here in Dallas are Central Market, Whole Foods, and Drip. Ok, 4. Starbies for work coffee.

Central Market is my favorite, the one on Greenville stocks Addison Roasters ( I think thats what its called). The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and the Java Estate are the two I buy the most often. Whole foods has a couple that I like, especially when I go in and the beans are still warm from the roaster. Drip.... actually they started to have a funny aftertaste, almost chemical/pesticidy flavor so I stopped going there. Their Ethiopian Y. was my favorite.
From Starbies, I like the Pikes Place Roast for everyday quaffing at work.
There is also a roaster down in the farmers market that I recall being quite good, its just not easily accessible for me.

Where do you other Dallasites get good beans/good cuppa?
