Default I have a bean

Great place to buy coffee. Freshly roasted every other day and shipped to your door.

I have a bean

I'm lucky enough to live 6 miles from them so I don't have to pay shipping so their pricing is very good. If you have to pay shipping the cost can get a bit much.

Also they have a great company profile and back story. Give them a shot you will not be disappointed.

Bah! I just put a review of these guys in the Vendor section, then I saw your post here. You live 6 miles away?!? In Wheaton? Me too!

Craziness.

It's cool how they'll deliver locally for $1! Have you done that? I haven't, I just pick up from 'em.

Great shop,

but how do they manage to roast the beans and than instantly packing it?
If you are packing the beans earlier than 14 days after roasting the packaging will explode even if it has got a overpressure valve.
Coffe gives off lots of gas for 14 days after roasting!

I didn't know that! 14 days, eh? The bags DO have one of those 1-way valves (I thought it was just so you could squeeze the air out of the bag once you sealed it).

Is it true that coffee is at it's premium approx 12-24hrs after roasting?
