Did Starbucks after they went full scale ever have non automated machines?

I can't say for absolute certain, but I know I've never been into one that wasn't fully automated.

I think they predate automation if I'm not mistaken, at least to the level they have now. I'll check their page out and see what they say.

Well, dont expect too much from Starbucks, i actually call them STARSUCKS! So, expect image building tactics and fancy names but no substance.

Now, i think that Starsucks has singlehandedly given a bad name to Baristas. A Barista is an artist in the preparation of coffee, an expert, and a good one will make the difference in the way a cup of coffee tastes, just like a chef will make a difference in the way a piece of meat looks and tastes in your plate.

Hey Austin, I believe SB does pre-date automation... just my first vists to them didn't So all I ever saw was the super machines as opposed to the super baristas that you can find in the independents.
