Default Not strong enough

Just like my beer, I like beer that does the job good.

I mean, I like a good pale ale don't get me wrong. I like your basic cup of joe, but I want to feel the effects. So, I always need a cup of high caffeinated or something like an Imperial IPA.

Otherwise I just feel watered down.

Yeah I like coffee that makes my nerve endings twitch. When I'm not drinkin my coffee I usually go to the local shop and get a redeye, their strongest coffee with 4 shots of espresso.

My brother won't drink my coffee when he comes to visit.

Me too. I stop drinking when I start twitching.

....and I thought I was the only one. I usually stop drinking coffee just before I have a caffine induced seizure.

I like my coffee as strong as I can get it, I'm banned from making it at work because everyone complains that I make it too strong....wussies

I love my coffee strong, but when other people make it for some reason....strong = bitter!

I like it strong too, but not bitter. One brand I've found that seems less bitter is Yuban. I just can't find it in whole beans though.

Tell them to add water or make it themselves. I used to hear it all the time. I stopped making it there and started bringing my own at which point people would ask for some. I would shrug and give them some. Good coffee is meant to be shared.

I have committed to bringing a container of instant coffee to work, I use it to fortify the several cups of colored water I try to drink.

The Manager has imposed horrid rules on the coffee pot limiting the amount of grounds used I think it is 1/4 of a cup for a standard pot

That's horrible. I would do the same. Have you thought about a thermos? I carried one at a job I had that didn't provide coffee.

Yeah a thermos is great for the morning, but I do enjoy a fresh cup in the early afternoon.

I am almost convinced to pick up a french press and a grinder.
