Default What's in Your cup today?

I am having like my fourth cup this AM. It is a Dark Brazilian Santos. Really rich. The beans are so oily that they really stick to the sides of the grinder. We have been buying our beans from a place online called "Coffee Beans Direct". They have dozens of different kinds. Organic, Free trade, Flavored, De-cafs and a lot of fine teas as well. If you purchase 25 pounds at a time there are no shipping charges. We buy six 5 lbs bags of different beans about four times a year. Some are quite pricey but what we buy is on average $7.00/lb.
Where do you folks get yours and about what are you paying.
Brad

I prefer the East African and Indonesian coffee beans. I'll alternate between Ethiopian Yirga Cheffe and Sumatran Blue Batak or Sumatran Mandehling. Today it's the Mandehling. I'll also try the sampler and that way I get some South and Central American coffees I may not ordinarily order.

I order my green beans from Sweet Maria's and roast enough to last three days. Nothing beats freshly roast beans ground seconds before steeping them. I pay about $5 - $6 per pound.

Today, it's Sumatra Mandheling. Kind of subtle. Or wife didn't grind enough beans.

Sumatra Black Satin. It is, like it always is, a flavor orgy in my mouth.
Sumatra 'Black Satin Roast' Coffee - $1.99 Shipping or $10 Off - Fresh Roasted & Shipped Daily - CoffeeAM

It is simply the best coffee I have ever been able to make at home. It is not even a close race.

I brewed up some Kenyan peaberry that I roasted a few days ago. Kenyan beans are a staple for me. I love African coffees.

Sweet Maria's Moka Kadir Blend roasted at FC+ brewed in a french press this morning. Very, very nice blend with lots of cocoa and dark fruit flavors going on. HUGE dark chocolate aroma. I think I need to go just FC with this one, tho as the FC+ pulled a bit too much bitterness out than I'd like.

Can we get a sticky on this thread?

Why would a thread on what you are drinking today get stickied? It is not exactly info that everyone is looking for... And if it keeps up, it will always be at the top regardless. Usually you sticky stuff that is important but will get buried.

I drank Rwandan dark roast that was past its prime this AM.
