The vast majority are from Trader Joe's, a Left Coast supermarket chain that's been making heavy inroads on the Right Coast lately. I'm a big fan. There's also 3 pounds of Starbucks, a local coffee roaster from the Norfolk region, and some Seattle stuff that a friend of mine sent me.

Tejas is sadly deprived, then. Their coffee is good, their food and other beverages are good, and their prices are generally reasonable to low.

We are on a lot of fronts.

We are to big, being spread out like we are adds significantly to transportation costs.

Most places from the east or west break their teeth slowly in North Texas, which is oddly less receptive to new things than a city like Austin.
