Default Mobile Coffee Station

Really a noob to this whole coffee industry but love coffee so much that I am considering giving up my day job to make coffee for a living.

I did a lot of searching for Coffee Concepts and then found this which I have now ordered one which will be delivered in 2 months time.

This will be my Coffee Station on wheels. I have seen it in action and must say it is amazing. There is nothing this cannot do for Coffee and looks the part to.

The Station is called a JoomVU and they have a facebook page with pics etc of it in action.

Starbucks was the reason I really began the interest with Coffee. I travel to the USA every couple of months for business and love the place.

Now that I have done alot more research into Coffee it is a really interesting industry and the whole thing from Bean to Cup is really cool science.

In the last 2 years it has grown a huge amount. We dont have the starbucks type situation here but more coffee shops that sell coffee as a secondary product.

But there is a huge growth in the coffee market now, so leaves many opportunities for franchising. As i am understanding coffee more i see how huge the opportunity is.

Example when i went to see the demo on this unit at a Food and Wine Show, 4 day event, they were selling 350 cups per day at a daily turnover of $ 1000. There were 3 other coffee companies selling to but due to the unit and its appearance this unit outsold the competitors second to none.

Interesting.

So where would these be stationed, and can you change locations as you see fit?

It is 100% mobile. It takes about 25min to set up, or rather open up. The only external requirement it electrical power. Water and waste is all onboard.

All the equipment stays in position as you see it and the overhanging doors close and lock. It can then be wheeled around or rolled onto a trailer.

What really sold me on the idea is that all the functions are onboard the station and all you do is plug in a single power source which then runs up to 8 onboard appliances.

So the one i saw had Espresso Machine, Grinder, Lights, Sound System, POS System and a Digital Menu running.
