Even expensive whole bean coffee, when broken down to cost per cup, is only pennies. People think nothing of going to a QuikMart and paying $1.00 or more for something that is barely drinkable. Good coffee is affordable!!

I agree to an extent. Good coffee and a bad coffee maker don't end up a pleasant experience to me.
