Haagen Dazs makes a great coffee ice cream and was my fave until I discovered one produced by Fresh and Easy. It's just as good and about half the price. A small cup is $1.99 compared to $3.99.
As a seller of coffee myself, I had a chef friend of mine create something we call "Midnight Mocha Madness." It's a gelato made from Almond milk and sweetened with agave nectar. We decided to do this mocha with decaf so people could have it before bed or at midnight (the perfect dessert for bedtime indulgence) without keeping the indulger awake. I was so impressed how much flavor the chef was able to get out of the decaf. You'd never know it was decaf.
The chef's name is Susan Sbicca. Her website is Millies Gelato.

I find anything coffee flavored will perk me up though so I would still have to stay away from it.

The smell of coffee will do it too.
