Default Espresso to Drip, knowing when to quit.

I love all types of coffee but having no access to espresso I drank drip and over consumed to a ridiculous degree.

Instead of a massive dose all at once I had to consume all day and never really felt awake.

I also had horrible stomach issues from having to consume that much drip.

I left my french press cup at home on accident, but it seems anything aside form a portable espresso maker would have done the same.

Anyone have issues with coffee consumption when traveling?

I seriously drank all day and at one point got jittery, but it was not productive as I was still tired.

Does the caffeine from different methods affect you differently?

I need a handpresso.

Its not the different methods that affect me, its the amount. If I drink. coffee all day, I am usually dehydrated by late afternoon. I then find myself playing catchup with glasses of water in the evening. Drinking coffee all day makes my stomach hurt too, so I am usually good for 2-3 cups in the morning and a cup around 2. I dont typically drink coccffee in the evening.

I stop at five or I'm up all night.

I've noticed some pretty heavy differences in preparation and how they affect me.

You mean Santa brought your daughter a bed for Christmas? That's not a fun gift, it's a necessity!

For my Daughter it is. She's the girliest girl I know.

Odd considering her mother and I are not.

She still tells me every night as she's going to bed, "I love my bed!". It has places for her to put her books and dolls so she loves it.
