Default Weight loss coffee?

Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone knows anything about weight loss coffee? Does it work? I'm asking cause a friend of mine recommended magic bohnen to me and although their site is great and really convincing but I'm just not sure.

Sounds like "snake oil" to me. Coffee is a diuretic, which prompts the body to lose water, so yes, you will momentarily lose some water weight.

The human body knows when there is a loss of water and will replenish in a short time so don't expect lasting results!

Coffee is already a stimulant.

When used correctly (1-2 cups before heavy exertion) it can improve performance so I would be weary of any one offering anything to assist in that.

Coffee with all the add-on is a popular weight gain culprit. A black cup of joe is good and will let you lose weight (when you're dieting) but those glasses from espresso coffee machines with all the milk, vanilla, and cream will definitely not help. And yes, weight loss coffee is black coffee. And who loves that? LoL

Please explain exactly how black coffee "lets" me lose weight? I just may have to fire up another pot of joe!

I know the caffeine helps in keeping your muscles from cramping up.

By the way a lot of us love black coffee.

I drink straight espresso. Love the stuff.

Caffeine is a stimulant, so it will jack up your heart rate a bit, but I don't think caffeine will really help you lose weight. It's a marketing pitch by the herbal fat loss supplement companies. When ephedra was still on the market, that WOULD help you lose weight, but it made me jittery as hell. I would take Ripped Fuel pre-workout and sweat like a freaking pig.
I also drink GOOD coffee black. If it's folgers or some other dreck, then I have to add sugar/cream to it to mask the horrible flavor.

I do too.

Typically if it's prepared by anyone else as well.
