Default Keurig acting up

Anyone had any issues with their Keurig not wanting to dispense water. For some reason my Keurig isn't dispensing the water on the first few tries. I typically have to unplug it a couple times and retry then it cycles a ton of water out and it works fine on the next try. Any thoughts?

First guess would be the machine is in need of a descaling. They must use some sort of flowmeter and clogging due to scale build-up could certainly cause an issue like you're describing.

What is the quality of your water?

I ran a 50% concentration of Vinegar through the Keurig to try and fix the issue as I thought the same thing when it started happening. I also tried to wipe down the needle as much as possible. Neither helped at all though. Do I need to do anymore? This is my first keurig so I might not be used to the proper cleaning technique for the pod machines.

Not sure about my water quality. It is just regular tap water out of the faucet. Could be bad could not be bad. Since I cleaned it I try and only use filtered water to cut down on the issues.

Yah I cycled it all through and cycled through another couple of fills of the resivoir. If I can get it going and dispensing it will dispense coffee like usual for as long as I want but once I let it set it stops working again. Maybe an issue with the heating element?

I can't imagine it is the wiring cause it is still on and running. I can hear it pulling water from the reservoir and heating it up. It just can't seem to make it out to the needle. It also always takes about 3 times of turning it off and back on and attempting to make a cup that it will finally start spitting out water.

I would contact Keurig. I'm sure there is a customer support number on the net. These machines are nothing I'm familiar with. Good luck.
